Cloudflare has announced Kitesurf, a new browser built specifically for artificial intelligence agents. The project runs entirely on top of V8 isolates on Cloudflare Workers and is currently available for free while in beta within Browser Run.
Cloudflare has integrated Agent Readiness and a new Answer Engine Optimization tool into its dashboard. The diagnostic feature scans websites to check how AI agents read them, grouping tasks from quick wins to commerce standards, while the AEO tool tracks brand visibility across major assistants.
Cloudflare announced developer experience improvements to Cloudflare AI Search, including a new Discover parsing option for websites without sitemaps, single public endpoints for namespace searching, and custom domain support. The company also reports that embedding and reranking are free when using select models from the Workers AI catalog.
