WhimKid is an AI storybook generator that turns a story idea, a photo, or a familiar character into an illustrated children's picture book. Choose one of five age bands from 0–3 to 9–12 for vocabulary and pacing. Save up to six reference characters and pick an art style such as crayon doodle, pastel chalk, paper collage, or ink wash. Review, then edit any page's text, layout, order, and illustrations, with history kept. Add narration and background music, share via a link with a password or expiry, or export PDFs, image packs, audio with subtitles, or video. New accounts get 100 free credits.
